Custom Embroidery FAQs

Embroidery design and limitations

You are fully responsible for the text and content of your gift message. We do not accept liability for errors such as spelling mistakes and do not proofread submitted content. However, we reserve the right to decline requests to embroider any message or image deemed offensive.

Illustrations will be simplified line drawings based on the photo provided. They will not include faces or intricate details.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide proofs for individual items.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most items take 7-10 working days to create before shipping, but I often complete them sooner. If you’re in a hurry, you can pay £5 to bump your order to the top of the list. During busy periods of the year the lead time on production and delivery may be longer. Please note any updates regarding to delivery times when placing your order.

Do you accept custom design requests?

Absolutely! I specialise in creating bespoke embroidery designs. Just get in touch with your ideas, and I’ll work with you to bring them to life.

Can you embroider company logos for uniforms?

Yes, I can embroider company logos, names, and designs on uniforms for hospitality, healthcare, and more. Send me your logo or design, and I’ll take care of the rest.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit/debit cards and secure online payments through my website

How do I care for embroidered items?

For best results, wash embroidered items on a gentle cycle, turn them inside out, and avoid bleach or harsh detergents. Air drying is strongly recommended.

Machine wash all items at a maximum of 30 degrees. To protect the embroidery and fabric, turn garments inside out before washing. Once the wash cycle is complete, place the items directly into a dryer—avoid wringing them out. Always iron embroidered garments on the reverse side, and for extra care, place a piece of cloth on either side of the embroidery while ironing.

Can I order in bulk for corporate or group events?

Yes, I offer bulk orders for businesses, events, and groups. Contact me directly to discuss pricing and timelines.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

If you need to make changes, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, I can beautifully package your item and send it directly to the recipient with a note card as a gift for an add on gift fee.

Returns

Our personalised products and services are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed. This includes:

  • Items made to your specific requirements, personalised designs, or those with bespoke elements that cannot be resold.
  • Specially commissioned creative pieces made to order.

If you'd like to cancel your order after placing it, please email via our Contact us page. If your order has not been automatically processed (usually within two hours of receipt), we can cancel it and issue a refund. However, a fee of £9.99 will be deducted to cover third-party commissions and administrative costs.
